Julie Chen Moonves hosted the popular reality TV show in the summer of Big Brother which returned to CBS for the 22nd season on the 5th of August. Chen Moonves had been one of The Talk's original hosts. She was moderating and hosting the talk show between 2010 and 2018. She was a writer before becoming host. Her passion was to write. It actually won her an Emmy. Her hosting an exceptional entertainment talk show won her an additional Emmy. The Talk is a show which examines the current news with five female hosts. Chen Moonves co-hosted CBS News' weekday morning program The Early Show in 2002 and 2010 before becoming the host of the talk show. Prior to The Early Show he was an CBS owned station reporter at New York City, WCBS. Before joining CBS News, Chen Moonves was a reporter for WDTN-TV Dayton (1995-1997). In addition, she was a reporter for ABC NewsOne from 1992-1995. It was her first job in broadcasting as a Desk Assistant for ABC News' late-night show Nightline with Ted Koppel. Ted Koppel is still among her favorite journalists. Chen Moonves, who won Columbia du-Pont for the primetime Anatomy of a Riot special in 1992, which focused on the Los Angeles riots, worked with Koppel.
