Alana and Alyssa

Alana De La Garza has established herself as a household name on TV. De La Garza's parents were both Irish and Mexican American. Her birthplace was in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of December in 1976. Then she began moving to Texas where she pursued the field of physical therapy at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't last for long in Texas and moved in Orlando Florida where she experienced a variety of acting roles such as local independent films and international commercials. The small parts didn't stop her from discovering she enjoyed acting. Then she moved to New York and in 2001 she landed her first role on the daytime soap All My Children as Rosa Santos. Through the first half of 2000 she had small parts on JAG Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. In 2004, she was cast in her debut series role on The Mountain, which was a television show that lasted only a few episodes. De La Garza starred as Maria Serrano alongside top TV celebrities like Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley, Mitch Pileggi. In 2006 she was the lead character A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared on 85 episodes. In the following seasons, she was a part of The Law & Order: LA short-lived sequel. De La Garza has been nominated several times for her performance as a character, and among them was Best Supporting Actress in Television in the Imagen Foundation Awards. She received the Impact Award from the National Hispanic Media Coalition to recognize Outstanding performances in a Dramatic Television Series. De La Garza got a recurring part in CSI Miami a few moments further. She performed the role of Marisol Deko as the husband to David Caruso's Horatio. Her most current TV work was on NBC's somewhat dark dramatic Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. After only two episodes, the show was cancelled. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her younger brother Cory has a ten year old brother who is older than her. Her family was strict and religious parents. Milano began her acting career at the age of seven when her babysitter joined her at an audition. Four girls were selected out of more than 1000 aspirants. Milano is featured in TV ads, Off-Broadway productions as well as the American debut of Jane Eyre.
